Casa Rosanne is five minutes from the attractive town of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca, and the 12 km of "Blue Flag" dune beaches to the south. Situated in a quiet location, overlooking one of the regions many natural salt lakes, La Mata, there are 5 excellent golf courses within 20 minutes.
Casa Rosanne is easily reached via either Alicante Airport (25 mins) or San Javier Airport (Murcia- 30 mins).
The House
Casa Rosanne is a new 3 bedroom townhouse sleeping six, on the well spread new urbanisation of El Raso. There is a lounge / diner with Satellite TV and CD, full kitchen with utility / storeroom, one double and two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a shower room with toilet.
It also has air conditioning, a private roof solarium, patio and there is use of a communal pool. It is only a short five minute journey into Guardamar and also the nearest dune beaches, close to acres of lemon groves, and a vibrant Sunday market, selling everything from leather goods, bags, shoes, clothes, fruit and veg, and CD's to Sunday lunch and the papers !
The Area
The town of Guardamar del Segura is located on the Costa Blanca, 35 kilometres south of Alicante. With a population of 11,000, Guardamar is popular both amongst tourists and those seeking a more permanent home. It has a strong Spanish influence with local restaurants and tapas bars.
Prettier than other towns along the coastline, Guardamar has a lot to offer, with many shops, restaurants and bars, plus the beaches and parks. It is an historic town, but with many modern sporting / leisure facilities, including a large sports centre and pool.
